          What are King Crab Pieces:

          In the sorting process many legs get broken, tips of legs snapped off and we end up with a lot of surplus pieces, small chunks, tips, shoulders and smaller lesser claw arms from this wonderful King Crab.

          These shoulder pieces (also known knuckles), lesser claws, claw arms, leg tips and broken sections all have the same wonderful crab meat, they just don't qualify for our Premium King Crab Selections such as merus cuts, king crab legs, or dominant claws. Great Served with Butter, Herbs & Garlic. Sold frozen and shipped from Alaska.
