Our Wild Alaskan Copper River Silver Salmon is wild caught then hand filleted, brined, cured and then cold smoked giving it a unique texture and sensational flavor. Our Cold Smoked Lox is smoked below 90 degrees Fahrenheit with all natural cherry wood. We use sea salt and spices to brine the lox and smoke the salmon in our smoker right here in Soldotna, Alaska. Alaskan salmon lox is a ready to eat product and excellent served by itself or it is traditionally eaten with cream cheese, bagels or crackers, red onions and capers. Cold Smoked Salmon Lox is made with 100% wild Alaskan salmon and is shipped frozen from Alaska.
